What you send the workshop.
This is how a three-person barn handles names, notes, and orders. It is a promise from us, written in plain language.
The bag on this site
The shopping bag stays in your browser, on your computer, until you clear it or prepare an order note. We cannot see it. Preparing a note does not send it by itself. It leaves your machine only if you email it, or copy it and send it yourself.
If you email us
An order or a visit note lands in the workshop inbox. We use it to answer you, quote shipping, weave the basket, and get it to the address you gave. We keep it while that work is open, and for our records of the sale after the basket has gone out. We don’t sell addresses, and we don’t run ads off them.
Please don’t send anything you wouldn’t want in a workshop email: a full card number, a password, or someone else’s private story. We invoice. We don’t take card numbers on this website.
Ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion
You can ask what we have from you, ask us to fix a mistake, or ask us to delete it. Use the visit form and choose “Privacy request,” or email info@njbaskets.shop with the address you wrote from before. We’ll answer within 30 days.
If we still need a detail to finish an order you’ve asked us to weave, we’ll say so before we delete it. A request about someone else’s information needs a way for us to see that you may ask.
This page
We don’t use a tracker, a cookie banner, or an account. If that changes, this page will change first, and it will say what we started collecting and why.
